The perfect marriage proposal

The perfect marriage proposal

The marriage proposal is perhaps one of the most unique and romantic moments of our life, which manages to sweeten the coldest of hearts. Buying an engagement ring is the first step to take on this special occasion of our life. After having purchased the engagement ring with Infinity of London and having personalized it even with a sentence engraved inside the stem, it is necessary to decide on the steps to be taken for the marriage proposal.

The marriage proposal has its roots already in the times of the Ancient Egyptians, but then the gesture of giving a jewel to his beloved became stronger and more significant in Roman times. It is said that the engagement ring must correspond to 10% of the salary of the future husband.

We at Infinity of London do not consider the marriage proposal as one type, that is the classic one of the man who makes the proposal to the woman, but it is also possible that the woman can propose herself to her own man, or that is the man to propose to another man or even a woman to another woman. There is no single proposal for us at Infinity of London, we believe that every proposal is unique and has every right to be special.

Let's now look specifically at the different types of marriage proposals that exist: there is simple style, romantic style and extravagant style. Each proposal, then, has some basic steps to deal with: when, where and what to say.

The simple marriage proposal goes very well with couples who do not like to show their love in front of a crowd of people and then choose an intimate moment that has the two loved ones as the sole protagonists. When do you propose? You can choose, in fact, an intimate moment that belongs only to you, choose a romantic moment during the day or at night. And where do I propose? For example, you can propose yourself after a romantic dinner in a small candlelit venue, or in your own home, or imagining a daily scenario, after a romantic picnic in a park, or even after doing an activity you like and unites both. Finally, what to say? It is very important, in my opinion, to let one's heart speak spontaneously, or to put down a few words and memorize them so that you do not risk making mistakes, choosing as the last sentence 'Do you want to marry me?'

The romantic marriage proposal is perhaps the one that we have all been dreaming of since childhood, when we admire the romantic Disney movies from children and we would like to feel like one of the princesses protagonists of that wonderful story; and as teenagers we remain open-mouthed in the cinemas during those movies that make us cry and still believe in true love. The romantic wedding proposal is suitable for couples with a romantic and sweet soul, to those couples who toast and swear eternal love during a dinner, to couples who look intensely after time and still feel the chills when they are together. But there are some must-have to deal with, like good food, romantic music and the right location. When you propose romantically, do we say that? In my opinion, the date is fundamental. You can choose that of the first meeting, the first kiss, the beginning of one's relationship and so on. Where do you propose? Surely in a romantic restaurant, after a nice dinner by candlelight, or during a family dinner so as to ask the blessing of their parents, who I believe that any romantic person considers a fundamental step. What to say and how to say it romantically? The first idea that came to mind thinking of writing this post and thinking about a romantic proposal was to imagine the scene of two lovers looking up at the sky with the nose and suddenly passing a plane with one banner with the words 'Do you want to marry me?'. Or a couple looking downwards, from the window of their apartment and there on the street there is a sign made of candles that shouts 'Do you want to marry me?'. Here are some ideas that can be considered romantic, obviously part of my very romantic soul. Another nice idea, would be to learn a love poem by a famous writer and recite it with at the end the evergreen phrase, as we have already said, 'Do you want to marry me?'

Finally, the extravagant marriage proposal. I think it is suitable for the whimsical couples who want to leave the mark of their love story. I have often seen around the world of internet really extravagant wedding proposals, like that man who went to a football stadium with his blindfolded woman. He asked her to pull ribbons of a big package and inside there was a luxury car. The woman in disbelief, did not know how to react and trying to thank with her eyes the man finds him kneeling with an engagement ring in his hand and behind him all the friends and acquaintances of the two. Obviously it was a nice 'Yes, I do!'. Another extravagant idea would be to go together to climb a mountain and on the peak of it, to extend the ring to the loved one. Another idea that comes to mind could be to dive together and with the help of friends and relatives holding up signs with the fatal phrase written on it and an engagement ring to put it all together. When do you propose extravagantly? I believe that every moment is the right one as long as it is dictated by the love you feel for the other, an extravagant couple does not need a lot of advice, they already know what makes the heart beat each other. Where do you propose? Besides proposing itself as the above mentioned ideas, I would recommend a very special place like that of a concert of your favorite singer. What to say? I think this is the point that unites all three variants of simple, romantic and extravagant proposals. Everything must end with the phrase that every one of us dreams of listening from an early age 'Do you want to spend the rest of your life with me, do you want to marry me?'

However whatever your type of marriage proposal, the important thing is that it fits your personality and makes the other person happy. Do not forget to buy the right engagement ring for you on Infinity of London.
