Why purchase on the internet?
Buying online eliminates the layer of wholesalers which can save you up to 60% of high street prices. Unlike most diamond websites, we do not buy our stones from other wholesalers. We work in collaboration with our sister company, a wholesaler and a jewellery manufacturer itself. Our sister company buys large quantities of stones which gives us huge negotiation power with our suppliers and enables us to obtain the best possible price for our gems. The introduction and the incredible growth of the internet gave us the opportunity to shorten the supply chain and reach our customers directly, eliminating the need for a middle man and enabling us to pass our savings directly on to you. We take pride in ensuring that your purchases will be of the highest quality and value for money.

What if I do not like the design or wish to return my purchase?
Infinity of London offers a 30 day money back guarantee (see our refund policy). You can have a full refund or you are welcome to exchange it for something else more to your liking. All items must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery or via courier which ensures there is proof of delivery. Please insure the item for a maximum value, which is currently £2,500.00 in the UK. DO NOT write Infinity of London on a package when returning it to us. Instead, please write Infinity Ltd. This will help to prevent the possibility of theft in transit.

Does my piece of jewellery come with a valuation?
Every piece of jewellery is supplied with a valuation of insurance which is free of charge. The certificate of authenticity is supplied by independent laboratories. We deal with GIA, HRD, IGI and AnchorCert.

Do all products carry a hallmark?
Yes, all our products are hallmarked which is the guarantee of the precious metal content of your jewellery. Hallmarking earliest forms of consumer protection.

How can I tell the ring size?
If you do not know the ring size we are happy to post you a free ring sizer or one can be downloaded from our website by clicking HERE. Please see this page for ideas on how to measure the ring size if the ring is a surprise gift.

Can I order over the telephone?
Feel free to call us on 0844 798 1102. We would need your contact details, the item number/s of what you would like to purchase and your credit/debit card details. We will set you up as a buyer on our website and send you login details along with email confirmation of your purchase over the phone.

Do you have a showroom? Can I arrange a viewing before purchasing?
Due to the success of our online jewellery store, we have decided to close our showroom and start a Sample Service instead! The innovative approach means that you can view up to 3 samples in the comfort of your own home.

What is a Sample Service?
This new and innovative approach means that you can view up to 3 samples at your convenience for 14 days. It will give you the opportunity to view the design and details of the ring and ensure that the diamond size is exactly what you had in mind. Getting a sample will also help ensure you have the correct fit - bearing in mind that finger size changes at different times of the day. Getting a sample will help give you the peace of mind that the ring you`ve chosen is the perfect ring!

What are the samples?
The samples are unhallmarked silver replicas of our diamond ring collection.

How do I order a sample?
Simply register your details on our website and send us an email detailing the ring code, ring size and carat weight of up 3 samples. Each sample will cost £10.00 plus £14.00 to cover the special delivery costs both ways. A voucher code equivalent to the value of how many samples you ordered will be emailed to you, which you need to use if you decide to go ahead with an order.

How long do the samples take to arrive?
Samples are usually dispatched within 10 working days, via Special Delivery. We will notify you of a delivery date as a signature will be required.

How do I return the samples?
All the samples must be returned to us within 14 days. Please put them in the provided pre-paid envelope which you will need to take to the Post Office. A receipt will be provided with the tracking number which needs to be emailed to us. NOT returning the samples can result in a debt collection proceedings for the full value of the silver rings.

Do you offer samples outside of the UK?
No, unfortunately our Sample Service is UK based only.

What do I do once I`ve made my decision?
Return the Samples to us then log onto our website and place your order - remembering to use the voucher code that was emailed to you. Please note that your order will only be fulfilled once we have received your samples back.

How is my jewellery packaged?
Every piece of jewellery is supplied in a modern suede-lined box, inside another presentation box perfect for presenting the perfect gift. The box is made to measure your chosen item, with special inserts for earrings, bracelets and pendants.

How is my jewellery delivered?
Your purchase will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via courier which is a guaranteed next day service, before 1pm, your jewellery is fully insured. If you have any special instructions please do not hesitate to let us know as in some instances clients wish for an item to be delivered to an address other than their registration address.

What is the difference between white gold and platinum?
Platinum is a natural white metal. To achieve "white" gold - yellow gold is mixed with other metals to make it whiter and is often plated with rhodium to achieve its shiny white surface. Over time white gold might begin to yellow and may require re-plating to regain its white colour. Platinum weighs about 40 % more than white gold as it is a denser metal. Both platinum and gold can be scratched and neither are indestructible. Over time platinum develops a matte finish but if you prefer the high-finish look, regular polishing by a professional can maintain this finish.

What is my ring size?
Knowing your ring size will help get the most out of the Sample. Download the Infinity of London Ring Size Guide which is available in PDF format HERE If the ring is a surprise the above method won`t help - an idea would be to try to get hold of a ring of the person maybe if it`s left lying around and: 
1. Make an imprint of the ring into some `Blu Tack` or a similar product, then lay it in a small box so that it does not get distorted and send it to us - we will be able to take a reliable measurement of the ring size for you. 
2. Put the ring onto one of your fingers, push it down as far as it will go and mark the position with a pen and use our finger sizer. For tips on To get the most from the sample service, you need to have some idea of your ring size.

Are your prices inclusive of Vat?
Yes. All the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of vat.

Do you offer an engraving service?
We can have your jewellery engraved for you at an additional charge of £20.00. You can type the engraving you would like and the charge will be added to the price of your ring. Alternatively give us a call or email us and we can add the engraving once the additional payment has been received by you. A ring that has been engraved will still be returnable under our returns policy.

What is included in the price?
Your purchase is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. Each purchase includes a diamond certificate document as well as a suede-lined presentation box. The price seen online is the price you pay - there are no hidden extra charges.

What do I do if I have a special request?
Visit our “Contact Us” page where you will find our email contact and simply drop us a line with your special request.

What does `RRP` stand for?
"Recommended Retail Price". This is the price you could expect to pay on the high street for the same item of jewellery. The RRP will appear above each of our online prices. This is the value to use for your personal insurance purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and Solo. In the final stages of processing your order you will be directed to Paypal were your card payment can be made with the highest levels of security. If you wish to make payment using an alternative payment method, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email us on info@infinity-jewellery.com. What is your policy on Conflict/Blood diamonds?
We are committed to the ongoing global efforts to stop the trade in conflict diamonds and we fully adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme** (KPCS). All of the diamonds we buy are sourced from KPCS compliant countries and we have a comprehensive set of Company Policies and Practices.

Can I cancel my order?
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, it is your right to cancel an order in writing within 7 working days beginning on the day after receiving the goods. Simply send us an email quoting your order number and we will cancel your order. You are under no obligation to provide us with a reason for your cancellation - if you are cancelling because you are unhappy with our product or services, please do let us know as we always strive for customer satisfaction. The postage costs incurred returning the item/s to us is the customers’ liability and will not be met by Infinity of London Ltd.
